Let us overcome all difficulties collectively, says CM Pinarayi Vijayan

Chief Minister Pinarayi Vijayan said that if we stand united we can overcome all difficulties on floods. Our first task is to complete the rescue operations and then we will shift our focus to extensive rehabilitation work, the chief minister told those in the relief camps at Meppadi.

The chief minister said the people are facing many difficulties and such things can be solved collectively and there are still many more people to be found. The chief minister said the government is there for everything. The government will lead in taking necessary measures for the state. The chief minister said that we can overcome all difficulties and hardships together.

Revenue Minister E Chandrsekharan, DGP Lokanath Behera, chief secretary Tom Jose, revenue secretary V Venu and home secretary Viswas Mehta accompanied the chief minister in visiting the flood hit places. The chief minister attended the evaluation meet held at the collectorate after visiting relief camps in Meppadi. He later left for Malappuram by helicopter will visit the relief camp in Kavalapara.
